Accessibility statement
We want the pub and this website to be easy for everyone to use.
This website
The site is built with semantic headings, keyboard-navigable menus and forms, descriptive image alt text and strong colour contrast. Text resizes without breaking the layout, and every page works on a phone as well as a desktop. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA; we have not commissioned a formal independent audit, so if you find something that does not work for you we would genuinely like to hear about it.
Visiting the pub
The Fox Inn is an old building with the character — and the quirks — that come with it, including beams, doorways and floors that are not uniform throughout. The garden and veranda are reached from the pub at ground level. If you would like to know whether a particular table, entrance or route will suit you, please ring us before you set off and we will tell you honestly what to expect and hold a suitable table where we can.
Parking
There is parking at the pub. If you need to be dropped close to the door or need a space kept near the entrance, call ahead and we will do our best to arrange it.
Assistance dogs
Dogs are not permitted at The Fox Inn, but recognised assistance dogs are always welcome. Please let us know when you arrive so we can seat you comfortably.
Telling us about a problem
If something on this website or at the pub is difficult to use, call us on 07542 572698 or send a message through our contact form. We will reply and put right what we reasonably can.
If something here isn't working for you, please contact us.
