What we collect
If you send us an enquiry we collect the name, email address and message you give us, so that we can reply. We also use privacy-friendly visitor analytics that count page views and general location at country level; this does not identify you personally and we do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
Your enquiry is used only to answer you and, where relevant, to arrange a table or event. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are read by the people who run the pub. Our website hosting and email providers process the information on our behalf as part of delivering those services. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after we have dealt with them, then deleted. Anything relating to a booking or event may be kept a little longer where we need it for our records.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us at the email address below and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
